To ensure serious bookings, we charge a reservation fee for all appointments.

The reservation fee is part of the total price of your tattoo and is paid when you book your appointment. The remaining balance is paid on the day of your session.

Please note that the reservation fee is non-refundable. However, it can be transferred to a new appointment if your booking is changed in time, and in certain cases it may be converted into a gift card.

If you fail to attend your appointment, the reservation fee will be forfeited.

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, this must be done no later than 72 hours before your scheduled time. In case of later cancellation or changes, the reservation fee will be forfeited, and a new reservation fee must be paid to book a new appointment.
